“ Last night, my family and I had dinner at Campo de Fiori, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and our waiter was friendly and attentive, making the evening very enjoyable. Since I’m in Aspen for a meeting, I decided to book the restaurant again for dinner with my colleagues and friends the next day. What started as a reservation for six quickly grew as more people decided to join. I called the restaurant several times to adjust the number—first to eight, then ten, twelve, and eventually seventeen. Despite the challenges of accommodating a large group, especially during Aspen’s busy ski season, the staff was incredibly helpful. They rearranged tables and ensured everything was ready for us without any issues or complaints. The food lived up to the high expectations set during my first visit. The calamari was perfectly fried, the porcini risotto was rich and flavorful, and the grilled lamb was outstanding. Compared to the French restaurant next door, which charges significantly more for food that is disappointing at best, Campo de Fiori is a much better choice and has a much better ambiance. The food quality is undoubtedly one of the best I have had for Italian food, including the ones in Italy. The restaurant management deserves special recognition for fostering such a warm and welcoming environment. All the waiters had a clear can-do attitude, going above and beyond to ensure everything worked seamlessly. We will be coming back to Campo De Fiori again! ”
“ Great food and service. Space was crowded and our table was right by the door and a pillar that put us right in the way of foot traffic and cold air. We didn't let it ruin the experience though and we will eat there again. Loved the penne with vodka sauce. ”
“ Dim lit bar perfect for winding down in the evening. Bartender was very attentive and made a wonderful off-menu mocktail. We ordered the Burrata and Autunnale. Both were delicious appetizers. This was our first time to Aspen so we did not know some restaurants would be closed for the off-season but we lucked out walking in to this restaurant because it did not disappoint. ”
“ Honestly The best penne Vodka I have ever had!! The best service I she’s had in restaurant in Aspen with the best drinks! A big shout out to James Flemming our back server for the evening. Our table had no complaints and the service team has our full compliments ! ”
“ Delicious homie Italian spot in the heart of aspen! The food comes out almost before you order it but everything was delicious! ”
“ Food was incredible as usual. I had the spinaci gnocchi. Tasted incredible. I shared some of the mushroom ravioli as well. That was spectacular and likely my favorite of everything I have had at Campo. Service was good, but we asked for bread three times before it arrived. Our meal was delivered long before the bread arrived. There was a famous guest in the restaurant that night, so assuming that impacted service. ”
“ The first time I ever went to Campo was on their Dirty 30 anniversary celebration, and I love that for me. This place was rowdy in all the best ways. I weaseled my way into a friend’s already made reservation at the bar, which was surrounded by standing room only, ran into a bunch of local close friends. Ordered the penne vodka which basically sent me to heaven, had the best house Sauvignon blanc ever, got hit on by and old guy, paid only 20 for the experience total because it was half off night, and it was so busy and wild that my friends forgot to pay their check when they left (they called the next day to pay and sort it out.) The tequila Shotski really did me dirty though. I will never forget this place. ”
“ First of all, You should need a reservation because it is a very crowded place. We sit first at the bar to have a couple of drinks. Really good Paloma. Our reservation was at 8:30pm. They sit us right on time to our table and the experience started... the music is good, you can dance and sing. Lol!!! Everybody is happy and having fun while enjoying a superb dinner. The food is just delicious: the pappardelle and the ravioli were so good!!! Everything cool and on place! ”
